Red Ant vs Black Ant
A house, in there lived a small family. In the bedroom, a man was reading a story to his son. The son pulled the blanket up as the rainy night went colder.
“Now listen James, this is a story about a red knight”, the man said excitedly.
His son waited for the story excitedly too.
“Long time ago, an ant dag the soil to find his nest. He dug deeper and deeper until he reached a black colored soil. He tried everything, he put all his effort but the black soil still couldn’t be broken. Then the ant was angry…”
“Dad, can we skip onto war part, I want to hear the red knight’s roar!” his son cut his story.
“Be patient son,” the man replied and continued his story. “The red ant was angry then he spit on the black soil and turned around. He then heard something from the black soil. An acid from…”
I’m sure they didn’t know that the story they had told everyday was a real story, even near their life.

“Come on Dave, the rain is getting worse!!” a red ant shouted to his friend behind him.
They walked and ran trying to escape from the rain. They went to the man’s house. They brought two pieces of grass leaf and a pack of grass leaf fiber. They arrived to the man house’s wooden wall. They came over the pipe and climbed up to reach the roof.
“Come on Dave, we almost get to the roof!!”
“I hope you’re the one who hold this bunch of grass so you can stop shouting,”
They were on the roof now. They tried to not hit by the rain or slipped down. Dave started to prepare the grass. He connected the leaf with the fibers. He made a parachute.
“This is for you Kevin the laziest ant in the Oak nest,” Dave gave the parachute to Kevin.
“Remember, I’m the smart one, and you’re the strong one.”
“Yeah, whatever. Because it is me who do the job.”
“Ready??,” Kevin asked Dave and continued shouting. “One..two..three..JUMP!!”
They jumped from the roof. They flied as their parachute was lifted and drove by the wind. They had to be careful as the rain could be a serious obstacle for them.
“I can see our nest!” Kevin shouted. “Oak nest never turned their fire off.”
“Are they going to close the gate??” Dave shouted.
“Nooo!! I mean Yesss!! Hurry before we can’t enter the gate!!”
They increased their speed. The gate was a half closed when they landed with a hard landing of course.
“Aww, you kicked my butt Dave!” Kevin cried.
“I’m sorry, you’re slower than me!”
They then went to their house. They lived in an oak tree. They called it as Oak Nest. Suddenly a voice, a shouting was heard from distance. It got louder like it came over to the nest.
“Open the Gate!! Open the Gate!!” that shouting now clearly heard by me and everyone in the nest.
The Guard opened the gate. The one who shouted was an elderly male red ant. He seemed in a hurry situation.
“I need to talk to the queen, immediately.” He then walked into the Queen’s Room.

“Hey, I found something in the yard soil.” The man said to his wife. “This structure is not alike with other soil, it is more similar with iron, and they had unique shape, look at this!” the man showed some microscopic photos to his wife. His wife is sitting calmly in the living room
“Who the hell did use that small weapon? It’s a normal soil structure,” his wife seemed not interested with the microscopic photos. “You’d be better if you take a rest right now! Tomorrow you should go to the town before we run out of supplies.”
“Alright!” the man nodded.
***
“This is bad!” Dave cried to Kevin. “The black ant gonna attack us tomorrow, they had attacked our outpost.”
“How can you get that all information?” Kevin asked.
“It doesn’t matter, the Queen has ordered teenager to help defend this nest.”
“We? Fight? In a war?” Kevin confused.
“We’re outnumbered, we have no choice”
“We’re not outnumbered, we’re a worker ant, we don’t have soldier.”
“That’s right, General need us at the gate.”
Kevin and Dave went to the gate. There stood male ant at their age together with the elder. Only few of them who had good combat skill. They have no choice. Their options just as bad as their fate right now. The black ant wanted the red ant’s supplies. If the black ant succeeded, so there would be no red ant anymore.
In the morning, the red ant marched out from the gate. In far, they could see black shadow walked closer to them. With a little fear in their heart, the red ant army stood facing the black ant. The red ant’s general shouted and led his army ran toward enemies. Their battle was between dead and death.
At garage, the man started up his car. He went to the town for supplies. His wife was busy with her laundry. She did her laundry at the yard with a bucket full of water and laundry. She finished hanging her laundry and went into the house to prepare breakfast. Her son played with the water in the bucket.
“James Richard Jr. don’t get wet and avoid the oak tree!!” She yelled to her son.
“Alright mom”
James pushed the bucket hardly until it flushed out the water. James happy with what had he just watched. He clapped his hand and jumped around and sang.

Kevin saw a floated water in front of him, right behind the black ant. He warned others to run back and climbed the grass. All red ant did what Kevin had said. The Black ant laughed. They thought that the red ant was scared of them, though it really was. Suddenly the floated water hit them, and drowned them. The red ant waited on the grass and saw the black ant struggling. After a while, the red ant jumped down and arrested all black ant troops. The red ant won the war and they still had their supplies.
